It shouldn’t come as much of a surprise to learn that Crimson Desert<\/a> was one of the best-selling games on the PS Store for the month of March.<\/p>\n

The open world action game has been the talk of the town ever since its launch, and overall it’s been selling like mad; it’s over 4 million copies at this point.<\/p>\n

However, what we hadn’t really considered is that March also saw the arrival of MLB The Show 26<\/a>, and it’s pipped Crimson Desert to the post \u2014 in North America, at least.<\/p>\n

The baseball sim is number one, with Pearl Abyss’ runaway hit settling for second.<\/p>\n

On the European chart, it’s a different story; Crimson Desert is numero uno, with MLB nowhere to be seen in the top 20.<\/p>\n

Resident Evil Requiem<\/a> puts in a good effort, coming in third on both charts.<\/p>\n

Meanwhile, Bungie’s new multiplayer shooter Marathon<\/a> doesn’t have the hottest debut; it’s sixth in the US and 11th in Europe.<\/p>\n
