Samsung has <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cnet.com\/tech\/mobile\/samsungs-galaxy-s26-phones-will-work-with-apples-airdrop-much-like-the-pixel-10\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" class=\"c-shortcodeLink c-shortcodeLink-active\" target=\"_blank\">added support for Apple&#8217;s AirDrop feature<\/a> in Quick Share, so you can quickly send media between the two platforms with a few taps.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\"u-speakableText-p2\">The compatibility is launching first on the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cnet.com\/tech\/mobile\/galaxy-s26-ultra-review\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" class=\"c-shortcodeLink c-shortcodeLink-active\" target=\"_blank\">Galaxy S26<\/a> series, though Samsung says it&#8217;ll expand to more devices soon. You can share content with any Apple device that supports\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.cnet.com\/tech\/mobile\/how-to-use-airdrop-to-quickly-send-photos-and-files-across-iphone-mac-and-ipad\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" class=\"c-shortcodeLink c-shortcodeLink-active\" target=\"_blank\">AirDrop<\/a>, like iPhones, Macs and iPads.<\/p>\n<p>This long-overdue update removes a persistent bottleneck. Sharing a batch of photos and videos after a hangout can be a pain if not everyone is using an Apple or Android device.
