A mother is urgently appealing to the public for assistance in locating her teenage son, who she says is experiencing what appears to be a severe mental health episode and is currently wandering the streets.<\/p>\n
Teneshia Warren identified her son as Tejornie Mannix, noting that this is the first time he has displayed such concerning behavior. According to the mother, the teen has been moving around aimlessly and avoiding contact, making it difficult for family members to bring him in for medical care.<\/p>\n
\u201cHe is showing signs of having a mental breakdown,\u201d Warren said in a message shared widely on social media. \u201cEvery time we try to approach him, he runs and hides.\u201d<\/p>\n
She added that her son has visible bruises on his body, raising further concern for his safety and well-being.
