Gangs of youths<\/a> were separated by cops this evening after <\/a>mass disorder at a Scots train station.<\/p>\n Officers from Police<\/a> Scotland were alerted to the incident at Aberdour<\/a> in Fife at around 6pm this evening, Tuesday, April 7.<\/p>\n Cops quickly moved in to prevent further disorder <\/a>and conducted searches. Body worn video was also used to capture events and allow for identification<\/a> of those involved.<\/p>\n The yobs<\/a> later dispersed and were ushered away from the area by police via public transport hubs. There were no reports of injuries.<\/a><\/p>\n Police<\/a> are carrying out enquiries to establish the full circumstances and urge locals with concerns to come forward.<\/p>\n Inspector Gordon Stanford said: \u201cThis type of behaviour will not be tolerated and those involved will be traced and, where criminality is identified, be held accountable.<\/p>\n \u201cI appreciate this has caused distress to local residents and I want to reassure them, officers will remain in the area and anyone with concerns can approach them.<\/p>\n \u201cI\u2019d also ask anyone with information on those involved in this disorder to come forward and speak to police.
