Actress Aubrey Plaza<\/a> is expecting her first child in a \u2018beautiful surprise\u2019, having found love again after the death of her husband.<\/a><\/p>\n The White Lotus<\/a> star, 41, and new partner Chris Abbott, 40, have not publicly announced anything, but a source revealed their baby is due this autumn.<\/p>\n \u2018It was a beautiful surprise after an emotional year,\u2019 the insider told People<\/a>, adding, \u2018they feel very blessed\u2019.<\/p>\n It\u2019s been just over a year since Aubrey\u2019s husband, Jeff Baena, died aged 47<\/a>\u00a0and was found at home near the Hollywood Hills in Los Angeles<\/a>.<\/p>\n He died by suicide on January 3, 2025, and was reportedly estranged from the Parks and Recreation icon at the time. <\/p>\n The pair had been together for over a decade, having tied the knot in 2021, with Aubrey deleting social media<\/a> during her grieving.<\/p>\n \t\t In a statement, at the time, she and her family said: \u2018This is an unimaginable tragedy.<\/p>\n \u2018We are deeply grateful to everyone who has offered support. Please respect our privacy during this time.\u2019<\/p>\n It was not until August last year that Aubrey first spoke out about the death in an interview on longtime friend Amy Poehler\u2019s podcast<\/a>.<\/p>\n She described grief as \u2018giant ocean of awfulness\u2019, admitting sometimes she just \u2018wants to dive in\u2019.<\/p>\n \u2018Then sometimes I just look at it, and sometimes I try to get away from it.
