David Geffen finally settled his contentious divorce from his much-younger boytoy, David Armstrong<\/a>.<\/p>\n

According to court docs obtained by Page Six, the billionaire, 83, marked \u201cuncontested\u201d on the docs, meaning both parties agree on every key issue \u2014 including spousal support and property division \u2014 without dispute.<\/p>\n

However, the terms of the settlement were not disclosed.<\/p>\n

According to court docs obtained by Page Six, the billionaire (seen above in 2023) marked \u201cuncontested\u201d on the docs. GC Images<\/p>\n

Page Six has reached out to attorneys for both Geffen and Armstrong but did not immediately hear back.<\/p>\n

Last May, Geffen \u2014 who has a net worth of $9.3 billion<\/a> \u2014\u00a0filed for divorce<\/a>\u00a0from Armstrong after two years of marriage \u2014 with no prenuptial agreement in place.<\/p>\n

Two months later, Armstrong\u00a0claimed in a bombshell lawsuit<\/a>\u00a0that his estranged husband allegedly paid him thousands for sex and groomed him.<\/p>\n

\u201cIt was a sick game. Michaels became a prop in Geffen\u2019s theater of virtue, paraded around as evidence of Geffen\u2019s supposed altruism, while privately used as a sexual commodity,\u201d the lawsuit, obtained by Page Six at the time, claimed.<\/p>\n

Armstrong also claimed in the suit that the Asylum Records co-founder would often hire sex workers, both men and women, throughout their \u201csexually-open marital lifestyle,\u201d and \u201cplied\u201d him with drugs \u2014 including cocaine, molly and cannabis.<\/p>\n

Geffen\u2019s attorney denied Armstrong\u2019s allegations, saying they would be \u201cvigorously and righteously defending against this false, pathetic lawsuit.\u201d<\/p>\n

In October 2025, Armstrong shockingly withdrew the bombshell lawsuit<\/a>, requesting that it be dismissed without prejudice so he could re-file the complaint in the future.<\/p>\n

However, a day later, Armstrong accused Geffen of hiding his finances<\/a> to avoid paying big bucks in their divorce.<\/p>\n

According to court documents obtained by Page Six at that time, the\u00a0former go-go dancer claimed his ex is \u201cone of the world\u2019s richest, most powerful, and influential men,\u201d but has \u201crepeatedly yet falsely attempted to portray himself as an aging \u2018retiree.\u2019\u201d<\/p>\n

Armstrong claimed in the court docs that Geffen and his attorneys are \u201cattempting to conceal\u201d multiple streams of cash flow.<\/p>\n

Armstrong and Geffen reportedly met in 2020 when the former served as a personal trainer for the latter.<\/p>\n
