On this week’s episode of All Points North<\/a>, we’re diving into Finland’s pension system.<\/p>\n

Women’s average pension in Finland last year was \u20ac1,930 per month, compared to \u20ac2,388 for men. But with uncertainty rising, more young people in Finland are saving early<\/a>, while others are bracing for longer working lives<\/a>.<\/p>\n

From government plans to tighten residency requirements<\/a> for minimum pensions, to the bigger question of whether working actually pays off<\/a> in retirement, we’re unpacking the pressures facing the system.<\/p>\n
