Spectators at the 2026 Masters<\/a> are in for a treat when they get to Augusta National<\/a>. The first major of the year is set to get underway on Thursday and run for four days as 90 of the sport’s top stars battle to win the Green Jacket.<\/p>\n Around 40,000 fans – known as patrons at Augusta – are poised to make their way around the course. Scottie Scheffler<\/a> (25\/4) is the favourite to win the iconic tournament, with Jon Rahm (12\/1), reigning champion Rory McIlroy (14\/1), Bryson DeChambeau (14\/1) and Xander Schauffele (31\/2) among the others tipped to come out on top.<\/p>\n Paying to watch the action live doesn’t come cheap for those attending, but patrons can enjoy some comfort knowing that buying food and drink is not going to break the bank. Indeed, the food and drink prices have been shared on social media as spectators prepare to watch the action in-person.<\/p>\n READ MORE: ‘I won the Masters twice but was once too poor to pay for a golf club membership’<\/a>READ MORE: Masters crowd’s brilliant demand as Rory McIlroy and Tommy Fleetwood’s kids take centre stage<\/a><\/p>\n The sandwiches start at \u00a31.12 ($1.50) for egg salad or pimento cheese and rise to a maximum of \u00a32.24 ($3) for pork bbq, masters club, chicken salad on honey wheat, ham & cheese on rye and classic chicken.<\/p>\n On the breakfast menu – which is served until 10am EDT – fresh brewed coffee is on the menu at \u00a31.49 ($2), chicken biscuit and fresh mixed fruit is also priced at \u00a31.49 ($2) while a blueberry muffin is \u00a31.12 ($1.50) and breakfast sandwich comes in as the most-expensive item in that regard at \u00a32.24 ($3).<\/p>\n In terms of snacks, chips-plain & BBQ, peanuts, cookies and Georgia pecan caramel popcorn is priced at \u00a31.12 ($1.50), while southern cheese straws is \u00a31.49 ($2) and Georgia peach ice cream sandwich is \u00a32.24 ($3).<\/p>\n Looking at drinks, soft drinks, bottled water and fresh brewed ice tea is \u00a31.49 ($2), while alcoholic beverages such as crow’s nest \u00a33.73 ($5), domestic beer \u00a33.73 ($5), import beer \u00a33.73 ($5) and white wine \u00a34.48 ($6) is pricier.<\/p>\n Content cannot be displayed without consent<\/p>\n But, comparing the 2026 Masters prices to the ones from 2016, there isn’t much difference at all. Indeed, tournament organisers have all-but kept them the same and haven’t hiked them by much, if anything at all.<\/p>\n From a decade ago, all sandwiches varied between \u00a31.12 ($1.50) and up to \u00a31.87 ($2.50), and while breakfast, beverages and snacks prices have increased a little, it has not been by an astronomical amount.<\/p>\n Reacting to the price difference, one fan said on social media: “Still the most affordable menu I\u2019ve seen in modern times.” Another wrote: “That ain’t bad at all…. go to a ballpark\/football stadium\/ hockey rink, you’re paying 6x-15x that…..” A third said: “Actually so cool they do this.”<\/p>\n John Keefer and Haotong Li are set to kickstart the action at Augusta at 12:40pm BST (7:40am EDT) after Jack Nicklaus, Gary Player and Tom Watson return for the Honorary Starters ceremony 15 minutes prior.<\/p>\n Watch The Masters with Sky’s Ultimate TV bundle<\/p>\n
