There\u2019s an active recall on approximately 356,140 bottles of supplements sold nationwide, according to the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC). This is due to a child safety hazard.<\/p>\n
This recall affects multiple brands of multivitamins, prenatal vitamins and more supplements containing iron. The recalled supplements were sold at Credo Beauty, Erewhon, Fullscript, Healf, Nutrition World, The Vitamin Shoppe and Ulta Beauty stores across the U.S., as well as at medical practitioners\u2019 offices, on the supplement brands\u2019 websites and on Amazon.com from April 2023 through February 2026.<\/p>\n
