A woman has been taken to hospital, and the roof of a taxi was cut off following a two-vehicle crash in Glasgow on Saturday.<\/p>\n

Emergency services were called to Lincoln Avenue at the junction of Great Western Road at around 1.55pm.<\/p>\n

Fire service, police officers and ambulance crews were all in attendance. A woman was taken to hospital for treatment.<\/p>\n

The road has since reopened following the crash. Officers have issued a man with a fixed penalty notice in connection with a road traffic offence.<\/p>\n

A Police Scotland spokesperson said: \u201cAround 1.55pm on Saturday, April 11, 2026, we were called to a report of a two-vehicle crash on Lincoln Avenue, Glasgow.<\/p>\n

\u201cEmergency services attended and a woman was taken to hospital for treatment.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe road has since reopened and recovery of the vehicles has been arranged.<\/p>\n

\u201cA man was issued a fixed penalty notice in connection with a road traffic offence.\u201d<\/p>\n
