The friend added: \u201cThis has all felt like an even bigger shock given that Eamonn was set to be back on-screen next week, doing what he loves.\u201d<\/p>\n
A source added: \u201cRuth is concerned for him, he is the father of her son, and she wishes him well. Everyone in the family was made aware of the emergency.\u201d<\/p>\n
