Even as we get older, we seem to never be able to move on from those high school conversations about how big everyone’s penis is.<\/p>\n

In a world that’s more sex positive than ever, it’s no surprise to hear more people talking about what’s between their legs, even if it’s something that you’re probably stuck with for life, despite ‘penis filler’<\/a> reportedly being on the rise among Gen Z.<\/p>\n

Whatever you’ve got going on down there, it’s likely that you’ve had it for some time, and whether you love it or hate it, there’s nothing to stop you being a strong performer in the bedroom if you know your partner really wants<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Average size surveys are done seemingly every year and they always seem to settle around the five inches mark for an erect penis, and if you’re some way off that and over the age of 18, then I’m afraid I have some bad news for you.<\/p>\n

You might be wondering if your manhood might have a second wind at some point but a doctor has now clarified that it’s unlikely to progress any further when you reach the age of 18, unless you’re a particularly late bloomer<\/a> when it comes to puberty.<\/p>\n

Urologist and sexual wellness expert Dr Jamin Brahmbhatt told<\/a> Men’s Health that the moment you’re done with puberty is when your wonka has indeed stopped growing.<\/p>\n

“Most penile growth happens during puberty when testosterone goes up,” he explained. “By about 18 \u2013 the end of high school for most boys \u2013 length and girth are essentially set.”<\/p>\n

The doctor also put to bed the age-old myth that if you’ve got big feet, or big hands, it will translate to penis length.<\/p>\n

Dr Brahmbhatt said the ‘research suggests that there aren\u2019t really any differences’. He also says porn<\/a> is a big reason why people are unrealistic when it comes to penis size, as he adds that it’s like ‘believing all the CGI in movies are real’.<\/p>\n

So, if you’re ever feeling down about your own crown jewels, just remember that what you’re seeing online is never really a true reflection of real life.<\/p>\n

Numbers and stats are a far better way of judging and if you’re living in Britain then there is some good news, not just for the intromittent organ owners, because penises have apparently increased in size by 10 per cent since 2022. The average length was 5.17 inches<\/a> across the UK<\/a>, but now stands at 5.63 inches, as of 2024.<\/p>\n
