It has emerged that Deontay Wilder<\/a> could have been fighting on the undercard of Terence Crawford\u2019s showdown with Saul \u2018Canelo\u2019 Alvarez in September. <\/a><\/p>\n

Wilder returned to the ring back in June with a win over the low-ranked Tyrell Herndon.<\/a><\/p>\n

It was Wilder\u2019s first fight since a pair of back-to-back losses in 2024, firstly on points to Joseph Parker, then by knockout to Zhilei Zhang.<\/p>\n

After getting a win under his belt, Wilder should be looking to move quickly to get back towards world title level, as is his intention, given that he is now edging ever closer to 40-years-old.<\/p>\n

Speaking on a live stream on social media<\/a>, top heavyweight contender Jarrell Miller<\/a> revealed that his expected fight against Jared Anderson on the Crawford and Canelo is now off and that Wilder had been offered to step in but also refused to accept.<\/p>\n

\u201cJared Anderson has officially pulled out of the fight. We all saw it coming, though, So we\u2019re looking for a replacement opponent. I ain\u2019t gunna lie, I\u2019m sick right now but we kinda figured Jared was gunna pull that sh*t.<\/p>\n

They offered Deontay Wilder the fight and Deontay says I talk too much sh*t, I\u2019m disrespectful blah blah blah. Yo he\u2019s the biggest p**sy I\u2019ve ever seen in my life. Bro, we\u2019re fighters, bro. If he has a problem with what I say, get in the ring and punch me in my face. Get in the ring and try and knock me out. But he doesn\u2019t want to take the fight on the \u2019cause I am too disrespectful, \u2019cause I talk sh*t. I swear these heavyweights is p**sys man.<\/p>\n

Anderson pulled out of the fight, Deontay turned it down and \u2018AJ\u2019 is being a b***h.\u201d<\/p>\n
