{"id":528782,"date":"2026-04-13T16:23:37","date_gmt":"2026-04-13T16:23:37","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/uk\/528782\/"},"modified":"2026-04-13T16:23:37","modified_gmt":"2026-04-13T16:23:37","slug":"royal-brompton-hospital-cafe-renamed-to-honour-manager","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/uk\/528782\/","title":{"rendered":"Royal Brompton Hospital cafe renamed to honour manager"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"ssrcss-1q0x1qg-Paragraph e1jhz7w10\">A west London hospital cafe has been renamed in honour of its long\u2011serving manager who, according his bosses, has helped create a welcoming space for patients, staff and visitors for three decades.<\/p>\n<p class=\"ssrcss-1q0x1qg-Paragraph e1jhz7w10\">Joe&#8217;s Caf\u00e9 at Royal Brompton Hospital recognises the contribution of Jose Paculan, who goes by Joe, and has worked there for 31 years.<\/p>\n<p class=\"ssrcss-1q0x1qg-Paragraph e1jhz7w10\">Catering services manager Nuno Matias said the name change was &#8220;our way of saying thank you to Joe, and the whole cafe team&#8221;.
