(Image: James Paget Hospital)\n<\/p>\n<p>\n  Ms Bowles said: &#8220;I always wanted to work in the NHS and when I joined it was at a lower band than my existing job.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n  &#8220;I wanted to get my foot in the door and build a career.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n  &#8220;The NHS has allowed me to do that and has given me so many opportunities.&#8221;\n<\/p>\n<p>\n  <img   width=\"100%\"\/>Aerial shot of the James Paget Hospital in Gorleston. (Image: James Paget Hospital)\n<\/p>\n<p>\n  She started out in the IT department before receiving several promotions, including to the role of training manager for both the Paget and Great Yarmouth Primary Care Trust.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n  After 17 years in the IT world, she made the switch to join the transformation team as a senior project manager and helped oversee several initiatives at the hospital.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n  <img   width=\"100%\"\/>Photo outside the entrance to the James Paget Hospital in Gorleston.
