Howard Stern\u2019s ex-employee is suing the shock jock for a staggering $2.5 million in damages, according to court documents exclusively obtained by Page Six.<\/p>\n
Leslie Kuhn \u2014 the former executive assistant to Howard and his wife, Beth Stern \u2014 filed the new documents on Sunday.<\/p>\n
The filing also states that Howard, 72, has yet to respond to her lawsuit.<\/p>\n

As Page Six reported earlier this month, Kuhn, who managed the Sterns\u2019 Hamptons mansion, sued the couple for allegedly creating a hostile work environment<\/a>.<\/p>\n According to the lawsuit, Kuhn started managing the mansion\u2019s staffers and household operations, including Beth\u2019s\u00a0\u201cextensive at-home feline rescue and fostering operations,\u201d<\/a> in 2024. <\/p>\n Howard\u2019s production company allegedly sent Kuhn a letter in December 2025 stating that she would be getting a raise to $265,000 and an $80,000 bonus in 2026. But in February, she was allegedly fired. <\/p>\n Kuhn alleged that she faced \u201cimmense pressures on the household created by irresponsible and untenable animal rescue and fostering operations occurring on-site,\u201d according to court docs.<\/p>\n Howard has yet to respond to the lawsuit, according to the new filing. <\/p>\n Kuhn managed staffers and operations for the Hamptons home of Howard and Beth (seen here in 2025).
