Wayne Lineker has packed on the PDA with a Brazilian model after saying how love was the ‘last piece in my puzzle’ as he continues his sobriety journey.<\/p>\n

The businessman,\u00a063, who is the younger brother of footballer turned presenter Gary, 65, can be seen beaming in new snaps with a younger woman.<\/p>\n

Pictures taken on Tuesday show Wayne and his mystery lady enjoying a shopping trip in London.<\/p>\n

He looked smitten as the pair smooched on Bond Street in the capital in between their visits to luxurious boutiques including Prada.<\/p>\n

Wayne, who is eight months sober, couldn’t keep his hands off her, as she wore a brown leather jacket and black trousers for the outing.<\/p>\n

After swapping Ibiza for the UK, Wayne appeared to be in good spirits as he donned black linen trousers with a grey jumper<\/a> under a navy jacket.<\/p>\n

Pictures taken on Wednesday show Wayne and his mystery woman enjoying a shopping trip in London together\u00a0<\/p>\n

The woman was seen trying on all the gifts her older companion had bought for her as he took pictures of her modelling the generous presents.<\/p>\n

Wayne also made time for fans who had approached him for a selfie and chat during his shopping trip.\u00a0<\/p>\n

When contacted, a representative for Wayne told the Daily Mail: \u2018Wayne is single and has been for some time – the pictures simply reflect that he was out in London enjoying himself.<\/p>\n

‘As ever, pictures can sometimes give a slightly misleading impression, but there\u2019s nothing more to read into it.<\/p>\n

\u2018He remains single and is preparing to head back to Ibiza in the coming weeks for the start of the season, and will also be celebrating his birthday later this month with family on the island.\u2019<\/p>\n

The club promoter previously revealed what his ‘ideal’ woman would be during his stint on Channel 4’s Celebs Go Dating.<\/p>\n

He explained: ‘I don\u2019t want a party girl. I\u2019m looking for someone a little bit older than what I\u2019m used to, somewhere around 40ish.’<\/p>\n

Just three weeks before the outing, Wayne told the Daily Mail that the one thing missing from his life was love<\/a>.<\/p>\n

\u2018I\u2019d love someone to settle down with. It\u2019s my ultimate goal now and the last piece in my jigsaw puzzle. Everything\u2019s coming together, I just need a girlfriend,\u2019 he said.<\/p>\n

Wayne has recently enjoyed a relaxing getaway in the Maldives before he returns to Ibiza for opening weekend.<\/p>\n

He is scheduled to return to his O Beach club for two weeks, but will be putting his health first.<\/p>\n

Wayne had his last drink \u2013 a glass of red wine \u2013 at Ibiza airport on July 7 while he waited for a flight back to Stansted. He spent a few days at a spa, before checking into The Priory Life Works House rehab facility in Surrey for six weeks.<\/p>\n

\u2018I was not behaving well and I didn\u2019t feel good. I didn\u2019t feel healthy and it finally caught up with me,\u2019 he said.<\/p>\n

Now eight months sober, and having swapped his hedonistic life in Ibiza for the quieter climes of Essex, Wayne told how he feels the best he has in years.<\/p>\n

\u2018It\u2018s just such a different life for me now. I jump out of bed. I can\u2018t wait for the day. I can\u2018t even describe how well I feel compared with how terrible I felt every day,’ he added.<\/p>\n

\u2018I was anxious, aching and just so tired. But now, I feel fantastic.\u2018<\/p>\n

Wayne has been single for eight years since splitting from his ex-fianc\u00e9e Danielle Sandhu, 33.<\/p>\n

The pair had dated for four years before their breakup.<\/p>\n

He candidly said how he ‘found it difficult to replace’ and branded their relationship as ‘beautiful’.<\/p>\n

\u2018She was just perfect. She ended up getting a modelling career, and I was seeing less of her,’ he admitted.<\/p>\n

While he stressed they are not at a point where they’ll be playing golf together or enjoying a Sunday roast, Wayne said they are in a ‘nice place’.\u00a0<\/p>\n

‘Our relationship now is good, and so it should be,\u2019 he told the Daily Mail last month. \u2018Life is too short, and I think we both realise that.<\/p>\n

\u2018But we\u2019re not on the terms we used to be. We used to be so close, we used to play golf, we used to go down to his house for Sunday lunch. We\u2019re not at that level, but we\u2019re in a nice place now.
