The ignited container landed in the car park of Volant Media, the parent company of Persian news channel Iran International, where the fire quickly went out. <\/p>\n
The SUV was then seen leaving the scene and was later pursued by police before it crashed on Ballards Lane, where arrests were made.<\/p>\n
The two men and the boy remain in police custody.<\/p>\n
A number of nearby buildings were evacuated as a precaution, but were quickly reopened after police confirmed there was no wider risk to the public.<\/p>\n
While the incident is not being treated as terrorism, detectives from Counter Terrorism Policing London are leading the investigation, supported by local officers.<\/p>\n
