\n\tThe members of BTS<\/a> are giving themselves permission to dance together for the rest of their lives, according to SUGA<\/a>.<\/p>\n

\n\tIn an individual conversation with Rolling Stone posted Thursday (April 16), the singer-producer said he feels confident the septet will continue operating as a band for as long as they are physically able. \u201cI believe we can keep going in our 70s and 80s,\u201d SUGA said, noting that they might need to tone down their famously intricate choreography once they get that old. <\/p>\n

\n\tHe doesn\u2019t think he\u2019ll ever tire of RM, Jin, Jimin, V, j-hope and Jung Kook\u2019s company because, \u201cThey\u2019re just really funny. It\u2019s fun to be around them. I think of them as family. I\u2019m sure that\u2019s part of our success is that we share such a strong bond.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\tThe Bangtan Boys are now back together \u2014 and better than ever \u2014 after spending a couple of years apart to pursue solo projects and fulfill service requirements in the South Korean military. When asked whether there was any thought in the group of splitting up permanently after the band\u2019s time apart, SUGA said, \u201cBefore going into the military, I knew we were always gonna get back together.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\t\u201cI can see how it would be surprising from a foreign perspective,\u201d he added. \u201cBut for us, staying together just felt obvious.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\tThe interview comes as part of a greater series of on-camera one-on-one conversations with all seven members of BTS, as well as a full-band chat for the publication\u2019s latest cover issue. The septet is currently in the midst of a global tour that will last through March 2027, supporting new album ARIRANG, which recently notched its third week at No. 1 on the Billboard 200<\/a>.<\/p>\n

\n\tElsewhere in his video, SUGA revealed his favorite rappers. \u201cI grew up listening to Eminem,\u201d the musician said. \u201cThen Kendrick Lamar.\u201d<\/p>\n
