{"id":535309,"date":"2026-04-17T03:47:23","date_gmt":"2026-04-17T03:47:23","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/uk\/535309\/"},"modified":"2026-04-17T03:47:23","modified_gmt":"2026-04-17T03:47:23","slug":"td-synnex-nabs-over-1000-nvidia-gpus-for-channel-in-nebius-cloud-deal","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/uk\/535309\/","title":{"rendered":"TD Synnex Nabs Over 1,000 Nvidia GPUs For Channel In Nebius Cloud Deal"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>TD Synnex officials Francisco Criado and Jack Donato tell CRN that the Nebius partnership will help channel partners gain access to high-end GPUs in the cloud, which have become a scarce resource due to high demand from AI-native companies.<\/p>\n<p>            <img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" alt=\"\" src=\".\/media_10dc6288c8c277736b33a505890a822db7a2b5539.png?width=750&amp;format=png&amp;optimize=medium\" width=\"611\" height=\"459\"\/><\/p>\n<p>TD Synnex has reserved over 1,000 high-end Nvidia GPUs in the cloud to help solution providers overcome supply constraints and get their customers moving on AI projects.<\/p>\n<p>The U.S. distribution giant, which won Nvidia\u2019s Distribution Partner of the Year award for the Americas <a href=\"https:\/\/www.crn.com\/news\/ai\/2026\/nvidia-exec-these-top-partners-are-aiding-enterprises-still-struggling-with-ai\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">last month<\/a>, made the cloud commitment for AI computing clusters based on Nvidia\u2019s B300 GPU with neocloud provider Nebius. TD Synnex announced the deal on Tuesday at its High-Growth Conference in Puerto Rico.<\/p>\n<p>[Related: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.crn.com\/news\/data-center\/2026\/nvidia-channel-chief-neoclouds-represent-next-phase-of-opportunity-for-partners\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Nvidia Channel Chief: Neoclouds Represent \u2018Next Phase Of Opportunity\u2019 For Partners<\/a>]<\/p>\n<p>The Fremont, Calif.-based company is accepting purchase orders for B300-based instances through Nebius now, with availability expected to begin in July. The agreement lasts for a year, and it gives TD Synnex the option for renewal.<\/p>\n<p>Nvidia Americas channel chief Craig Weinstein told CRN last month that the company sees the partnership as an important way to reach enterprise customers.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt means that we have an [Nvidia Cloud Partner] that\u2019s going to offer cloud capability to the ecosystem to ensure [that] enterprises can iterate and solution providers have a platform to leverage,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n<p>        TD Synnex-Nebius Deal Seen As Way To Combat Supply Scarcity<\/p>\n<p>In an exclusive interview with CRN, TD Synnex officials Francisco Criado and Jack Donato said that the Nebius partnership will help channel partners gain access to what has become a scarce resource due to high demand from AI-native companies.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThere\u2019s literally no capacity available right now,\u201d said Criado, senior vice president of cloud, security and AI at TD Synnex.<\/p>\n<p>TD Synnex expects the Nebius deal to benefit many of its strategic partners who otherwise \u201cwouldn\u2019t get the prioritization that they would need to gain access to the GPUs,\u201d according to Donato, senior director AI and neocloud vendor solutions at TD Synnex.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cOur ability to give them that prioritization up there with the general hyperscalers and neocloud providers just gives them access, in general,\u201d he said. \u201cCould they get the same capacity direct?
