Madrid Open organisers are facing an anxious few days as Jannik Sinner, Carlos Alcaraz and Novak Djokovic\u2019s participation in the tournament is still to be confirmed.<\/p>\n
As things stand, all the big-name players remain on the entry list for the 2026 edition of the clay-court event, but there are doubts over whether the current three biggest names on the ATP Tour will play.<\/p>\n
