Premier League rules regarding contracts, registrations and transfers state: \u201cA club shall be at liberty at any time to make an approach to a player with a view to negotiating a contract with him: T.1.2 in the case of a contract player, with the prior written consent of the club to which he is contracted.<\/p>\n

\u201cA club shall be at liberty after the third Saturday in May in any year and before the subsequent 1 July to make such an approach to a contract player: T.2.1 who will become an out of contract player on 1 July.\u201d<\/p>\n

Senesi is not the only Premier League player that will be a free agent in the summer in whom Tottenham are interested. The club could revive a move for Liverpool left-back Andy Robertson, who they tried to sign in January<\/a>, and are believed to be tracking Leeds United goalkeeper Karl Darlow.<\/p>\n

Like Senesi and Robertson, 35-year-old Darlow is out of contract this summer and Spurs are preparing to sign at least one new goalkeeper.<\/p>\n

Inter Milan are interested in Guglielmo Vicario, who will miss Saturday\u2019s visit of Brighton following hernia surgery, while Antonin Kinsky<\/a> could seek a loan move away from Spurs.<\/p>\n
