Chelsea<\/a> midfielder Cole Palmer says he has “no plans” to leave the club after insisting he “laughs” at reports linking him to Manchester United<\/a>.<\/p>\n

The 23-year-old England international joined the Blues from Manchester City<\/a> in 2023 in a \u00a342.5m deal.<\/p>\n

Despite spending 13 years at the Etihad, Palmer is a boyhood Manchester United<\/a> fan. <\/p>\n

After 43 goals in his first 97 appearances for Chelsea<\/a> over his first two seasons at Stamford Bridge, Palmer has managed just 10 this campaign.<\/p>\n

It has been suggested that Palmer’s drop in form has been partly influenced by homesickness<\/a>, which led to reports that Manchester United<\/a> could try to lure the playmaker to Old Trafford.<\/p>\n

But Palmer says there is no truth in links to the Red Devils or that he is homesick in London. <\/p>\n

“Everyone just talks,” Palmer told the Guardian, external<\/a>.<\/p>\n

“When I see it I just laugh. Obviously Manchester is my home. All my family are there, but I don’t miss it. <\/p>\n

“Maybe I’ll miss it if I don’t go for three months or something.
