British prosecutors said on Friday they have charged a fourth person in connection with an arson attack last month on Jewish community ambulances in north London.<\/p>\n

The police said Judex Atshatshi, 18, a British national from Dagenham, east of the capital, has been charged with committing arson being reckless as to whether life would be endangered.<\/p>\n

He is due to appear at Westminster Magistrates\u2019 Court on Saturday.<\/p>\n

Three others were previously charged in connection with the incident and will next appear at the Old Bailey on April 24.<\/p>\n

The pro-Iranian terror group Harakat Ashab al-Yamin al-Islamiya, or Movement of the Companions of the Right Hand of Islam, has claimed responsibility for a spate of attacks across Europe on American, Israeli and Jewish targets, including the arson attack that destroyed several ambulances belonging to the Jewish volunteer emergency service Hatzola, which were parked at a synagogue in the Golders Green area of north London.<\/p>\n

On Friday, British police said they were investigating a security incident near the Israeli Embassy in London after Harakat Ashab al-Yamin al-Islamiya posted online that it had targeted the premises with drones carrying \u201cdangerous substances.\u201d<\/p>\n

Scotland Yard confirmed that Israel\u2019s embassy was not attacked, but that it was \u201ccarrying out urgent enquiries to determine the authenticity of the video and to identify any potential link between it and the items discarded in Kensington Gardens.\u201d<\/p>\n

The incident came a day after London police said they had arrested two young men and a teenage boy over an attempted arson attack on the offices of a Persian media outlet.<\/p>\n

Harakat Ashab al-Yamin al-Islamiya claimed responsibility for the attack, SITE Intelligence Group reported.<\/p>\n

A spokesman for the opposition TV station Iran International confirmed<\/a> on Thursday that it was the \u201corganization referred to in the Met statement.\u201d<\/p>\n

Police said it \u201cis not being treated as a terrorist incident but is being investigated by detectives from Counter Terrorism Policing London.\u201d<\/p>\n

The Met Police linked the attack to two other arson incidents targeting ambulances and a Jewish charity and a synagogue, saying they were being treated as separate incidents but noting a \u201csimilarity\u201d between the attacks.<\/p>\n

Iran International is one of several Persian\u2011language outlets critical of Iran\u2019s clerical leadership operating from abroad.<\/p>\n

Police revealed the incident after reporting an attempted arson attack<\/a> on Finchley Reform Synagogue, shortly after midnight on Wednesday in north London.<\/p>\n

Attackers threw bottles suspected to contain petrol at the building, but caused no damage. A 47-year-old woman and a 46-year-old man were later detained in Watford, north of the capital.<\/p>\n

SITE Intelligence Group said that Harakat Ashab al-Yamin al-Islamiya also claimed responsibility for that attack.<\/p>\n
