Giorgi Mamardashvili has thanked fans for their support after the Liverpool goalkeeper was sent to hospital, having been stretchered off during the Merseyside derby against Everton on Sunday.<\/p>\n

I\u2019ll be back soon. That\u2019s of course not going to be a long-term injury.
