Over 550,000 athletes and 350,000 spectators will participate in its 2025 races alone.<\/p>\n<p>The \u201csport for everybody\u201d combines both running and functional workout stations in each race. Competitors will run for one km, complete a fitness challenge and repeat the process eight times.<\/p>\n<p>The race will include:<\/p>\n<p>SkiErg<br \/>\nSled Push<br \/>\nSled Pull<br \/>\nBurpee<br \/>\nBroad Jumps<br \/>\nRowing<br \/>\nFarmers Carry<br \/>\nSandbag Lunges<br \/>\nWall Balls<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-2175322\" class=\"wp-image-2175322 size-large\" src=\"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/08\/Hyrox-2-819x1024.jpg\" alt=\"Hyrox Vancouver\" width=\"819\" height=\"1024\"  \/><\/p>\n<p id=\"caption-attachment-2175322\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Hyrox<\/p>\n<p>The indoor races are open to both professional athletes and everyday fitness buffs.
