Manchester United have promised to make a formal offer to sign Palmeiras wonderkid Eduardo Conceicao in the coming days, according to UOL<\/a>.<\/p>\n

The Red Devils<\/a> are in the market to strengthen their midfield and winger options this summer, with INEOS keen to ensure that the squad continue their upward trajectory as they prepare to enter the Champions League<\/a> again, following their 1-0 win over Chelsea this past weekend.<\/p>\n

But INEOS are also keen to ensure that the future of the club is bright, as they continue to target the top young talents across the world, which has led them to the path of the next Brazilian sensation to come out of the country.<\/p>\n

According to a report, Man Utd have promised to make a bid worth \u20ac40m (\u00a334.8m) to sign 16-year-old sensation Conceicao ahead of their rivals.<\/p>\n

United have been in talks with the prodigy’s representatives about a move to England, and they have been given enough encouragement by the agents that a deal can be done that they are now ready to make a formal step.<\/p>\n

Conceicao, who has been dubbed the ‘new Neymar’ and compared to the likes of Endrick and Estevao<\/a>, is yet to make his first-team debut for Palmeiras, but has impressed so much as a youngster that some of the top clubs in the world are showing an interest. He impressed during the South America Under-17 championships this month too, scoring two and assisting twice as Brazil finished third. <\/p>\n

Palmeiras are well aware of the talent and interest they have on their hands, and are demanding at least \u20ac50m (\u00a343.5m) to let him leave. They are yet to receive any formal offers, and he has a \u20ac100m (\u00a387m) release clause in his contract. FIFA rules would also prevent him from joining Man Utd until after he turns 18 in December 2027, but that hasn’t stopped them preparing an offer.<\/p>\n
