Architect Aziza Chaouni<\/a>, interior designers Britt Moran<\/a> and Benni Allan<\/a> and designer Felicia Hung<\/a>, have joined the judging panel for Dezeen Awards 2026<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Dezeen Awards, in partnership with Trimble<\/a>, is searching for the world’s best architecture, interiors and design. Submit your projects<\/a> by May 27 to avoid late entry fees.<\/p>\n

Now in its ninth year, the programme has become the ultimate benchmark for architects and designers everywhere, with winners selected by a prestigious panel of international judges.<\/p>\n

\"\"Architect Aziza Chaoun is one of this year’s judges<\/p>\n

Joining this year’s architecture panel is Moroccan<\/a> architect Chaouni, director of SoNo<\/a> Lab and founder of Aziza Chaouni Projects<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Chaouni’s practice and research focuses on sustainable design<\/a> and adaptive reuse<\/a> in the Global South. She has collaborated extensively with organisations on heritage projects including the World Monuments Fund<\/a>, working on projects such as the brutalist La Maison du Peuple in Ouagadougou<\/a>, Burkina Faso.<\/p>\n

Chaoun’s work has also been published and exhibited internationally, including at the Venice Architecture Biennale<\/a> and the Louisiana Museum of Modern Art<\/a>.<\/p>\n

\"\"Dimore Studio’s Britt Moran will judge this year’s interior entries<\/p>\n

Milan-based<\/a> designer Moran will join Jaime Hayon<\/a> on this year’s interiors judging panel.<\/p>\n

Moran is co-founder of Dimore Studio<\/a>. The practice is known for its style heavily informed by historical periods, using a blend of vintage and contemporary influences when creating their interiors.<\/p>\n

Recent projects include the interior of the luxury train La Dolce Vita Orient Express<\/a>\u00a0and a mediterranean-modernist renovation of a Saint-Tropez apartment<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Last year, the studio was recognised in Dezeen Awards’ Designers of the Year, winning 2025 interior designer of the year<\/a>.<\/p>\n

\"\"Benni Allan, founder and director of EBBA, will judge Dezeen Awards 2026<\/p>\n

Joining Moran on the interiors panel is Allan, founder and director of London-based studio EBBA<\/a>.<\/p>\n

The studio focuses on a hands-on approach, with recent works including a glowing canopy for Houghton Festival<\/a>, a coffee shop tucked within London’s busy Holborn tube station<\/a>\u00a0and a minimalist raw-basalt home extension<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Allan is also known for making objects and furniture, with notable collections including a series of sculptural, curved furniture pieces made from solid oak<\/a>.<\/p>\n

\"\"Felicia Hung is co-founder of In Common With and Quarters<\/p>\n

Co-founder of New York City-based<\/a> lighting brand In Common With<\/a>, Hung will join the design panel for Dezeen Awards 2026.<\/p>\n

Alongside co-founder Nick Ozemba, the studio hones its focus on materiality, often working in ceramic to craft custom-pieces such as a series of handmade clay shades<\/a> made in collaboration with Ohio artist Ariana Heinzman.<\/p>\n

In 2024, Hung and Ozemba also opened Quarters, a concept store and community gathering space<\/a> to host events and showcase installations and collections both by themselves and others.<\/p>\n
