With La Fl\u00e8che Wallonne approaching, Sergeant was less convinced Evenepoel should add another race to his schedule before Sunday\u2019s showdown at Li\u00e8ge-Bastogne-Li\u00e8ge.<\/p>\n
\u201cI\u2019m less convinced about that. He undoubtedly has the ability to win on the Mur de Huy, but if it risks taking even a little freshness away before Li\u00e8ge, I wouldn\u2019t do it.\u201d<\/p>\n
For Sergeant, Wednesday\u2019s result would matter little compared to what comes next.<\/p>\n
\u201cWe will judge Evenepoel on his performance in Li\u00e8ge-Bastogne-Li\u00e8ge far more than on his result in La Fl\u00e8che Wallonne.
