In the hands of a mysterious woman, he is offered a chance at salvation.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><img data-perfmatters-preload=\"\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1280\" height=\"885\" src=\"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/04\/robinhoodpromo1.jpg\" alt=\"The Death of Robin Hood Promo Featuring Hugh Jackman\" class=\"wp-image-211487\"   fetchpriority=\"high\"\/><\/p>\n<p>Written and directed by Michael Sarnoski (A Quiet Place: Day One, Pig), the movie stars Hugh Jackman as Robin Hood, Jodie Comer, Bill Skarsg\u00e5rd as Little John, Murray Bartlett, and Noah Jupe.<\/p>\n<p>Production on the film began in February 2025 in Northern Ireland and wrapped in March. Lyrical Media is financing the film, which is produced by Aaron Ryder and Andrew Swett under their Ryder Picture Company (RPC) alongside Alexander Black.<\/p>\n<p><img data-perfmatters-preload=\"\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1200\" height=\"800\" src=\"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/04\/robinhoodpromo2.jpg\" alt=\"Jodie Comer\" class=\"wp-image-211488\"   fetchpriority=\"high\"\/><\/p>\n<p>Lyrical\u2019s Jon Rosenberg and Natalie Sellers executive-produce with Rama Gottumukkala, Sarnoski, and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.vitalthrills.com\/the-death-of-robin-hood\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Jackman<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt has been an incredible opportunity to reinvent and freshly innovate the story we all know of Robin Hood,\u201d said Sarnoski when the project was announced. \u201cSecuring the perfect cast to transform the script to screen was essential.
