previously reported on the killer’s medical notes<\/a> which revealed the doctor’s warning during Calocane’s second admission to Highbury Hospital.<\/p>\nHe was discharged two weeks after those notes were recorded. <\/p>\n
Ludvigsen said she “vividly” remembered that particular ward round and admitted she was “shocked” by Seedat’s “very, very direct approach”.<\/p>\n
She told the inquiry Seedat was warning Calocane of what happens when he was unwell in a “frank” conversation, rather than raising concerns about his risk.<\/p>\n
“You do realise, you could end up killing someone if this happens again?” she recalled Seedat saying. <\/p>\n
Seedat is expected to give his evidence to the inquiry on Thursday. <\/p>\n
Tim Moloney KC, representing the bereaved families, said: “Although that context was given, in fact, that level of serious violence that might lead to somebody’s death, was [that] something people were concerned about, however Dr Seedat meant it?”<\/p>\n
Ludvigsen replied: “Yes.” <\/p>\n
She added she was already aware of the “high risks involved” with Calocane because during her first encounter with him, he told her he was thinking about “capital punishment”. <\/p>\n
However, later in her evidence, she said she and others did not think Calocane was likely to kill someone.<\/p>\n
Counsel to the NHS trust, Jason Beer KC, said: “At any point did you think that Dr Seedat actually thought that this would be a likely outcome?”<\/p>\n
“No, no.
