\n Two men, a 17-year-old and a 29-year-old from Southampton, who were in the VW Polo, have been arrested on suspicion of causing death by careless or inconsiderate driving.\n<\/p>\n

\n A police spokesperson said: “We would like to thank motorists for their patience as the Northam Bridge was closed for several hours before it could be reopened.\n<\/p>\n
\n “We would like to speak to any witnesses and in particular anyone with relevant dash cam footage of the incident or the moments leading up to it.”\n<\/p>\n
