He has been taken to hospital in a life-threatening condition following the serious collision in the early hours of Sunday.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh \" data-tmdatatrack=\"content-unit\" data-tmdatatrack-type=\"paragraph\">The westbound side of the motorway has been <a aria-label=\"\" class=\"TextLink_text-link__dBSS0 TextLink_enabled__dJF3l\" href=\"https:\/\/www.bristolpost.co.uk\/news\/local-news\/m4-closed-after-wiltshire-coach-10936164\" rel=\"follow nofollow noopener\" tabindex=\"0\" target=\"_self\">shut in Wiltshire all day<\/a> between the junctions of Hungerford and Swindon East.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh \" data-tmdatatrack=\"content-unit\" data-tmdatatrack-type=\"paragraph\">Wiltshire Police has now released a statement It says: &#8220;At around 2.35am this morning (26\/04), we responded to a collision between a BMW and a National Express coach on the M4 westbound between junction 14 for Hungerford and 15 for Swindon.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh \" data-tmdatatrack=\"content-unit\" data-tmdatatrack-type=\"paragraph\">&#8220;The driver of the BMW, a man in his 20s, suffered life-threatening injuries in the collision.
