Canelo Alvarez vs Terence Crawford is set to be one of the biggest boxing fights in recent memory and fighters are split on who they think will win.<\/p>\n

On September 13, Canelo Alvarez<\/a> and Terence Crawford<\/a> will clash in one of the biggest boxing fights in recent memory when they fight for the undisputed super middleweight title at the Allegiant Stadium.<\/p>\n

The event is the first to be promoted by Dana White<\/a> and Turki Alalshikh<\/a> under their new TKO boxing<\/a> banner, as they look to transform the boxing landscape.<\/p>\n

And with two of the current pound-for-pound greats set to clash, the boxing world is divided over who they think will walk out of Vegas with the undisputed super middleweight title.<\/p>\n

Crawford is one of the top boxers still to have his undefeated record intact, whereas Canelo has suffered losses on two separate occasions.<\/p>\n

The first of which came when he fought Floyd Mayweather<\/a> and was taken to school by the former pound-for-pound great<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Canelo then suffered another loss when he went up to light heavyweight in an attempt to win gold there but was dominated by Dmitry Bivol<\/a>.<\/p>\n

When Mayweather was asked his opinion on the Mexican fighter, he made it very clear what he thought of him, claiming that when they fought, he was \u2018easy work\u2019.<\/p>\n

\u201cI\u2019ll tell you the truth about Canelo, the mother\u2014\u2014 was easy work. A cakewalk. Easy. You\u2019re all praising this dude. He was nothing. I was almost 40 and I cooked this dude, easy,\u201d Mayweather told Fight Hype. <\/p>\n

However, the former pound-for-pound number one was full of praise for \u2018Bud\u2019 Crawford when he was asked his opinion on the 37-year-old.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe can put (Gervonta) \u2018Tank\u2019 (Davis) up there in the top 10 in pound-for-pound, he has to be somewhere in pound-for-pound\u2026 As of right now, I\u2019d put Terence Crawford as number one,\u201d Mayweather told Boxing Mane in a later interview.<\/p>\n

Mike Tyson urged Terence Crawford not to take Canelo fight<\/p>\n

Despite \u2018Money\u2019 Mayweather\u2019s thoughts on both fighters, though, former heavyweight boxing king, Mike Tyson urged Crawford not to take the fight against Canelo<\/a>.<\/p>\n
