He left it, he thought, for dead.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p class=\"ssrcss-1q0x1qg-Paragraph e1jhz7w10\">Speaking to Musk&#8217;s legal case, he added: &#8220;Musk never cared about whether OpenAI was a non-profit.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p class=\"ssrcss-1q0x1qg-Paragraph e1jhz7w10\">OpenAI says Musk is motivated by jealousy and regret for walking away from the company.
