Season five chronicles Wrexham’s current quest to reach the top tier of English football under manager Phil Parkinson and a new-look squad constructed in the summer of 2025.<\/p>\n

Reynolds and Mac bought Wrexham for \u00a32m in 2021<\/a>, and under their leadership the club has gone from the National League, the fifth tier of English football, to the Championship, one level below the Premier League. <\/p>\n

With one game to go in the regular season they occupy the final play-off spot, level on points with Hull City and one point ahead of Derby County.<\/p>\n
