by businessman Ibrahim Mahama, has sold 100 per cent of its first gold output to GoldBod and the Bank of Ghana to support the country\u2019s national reserves.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThis is a major milestone for Ghana,\u201d Mr Gyamfi stated.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe Damang Gold Mine has sold 100 per cent of its first gold output to GoldBod and the Bank of Ghana to support our national class=\"wp-image-10033042068\"\/><\/p>\n<p>According to him, the development represents a significant step toward strengthening Ghana\u2019s gold reserves and enhancing foreign exchange class=\"wp-image-10033042059\"\/><\/p>\n<p>\u201cWhat we are witnessing is a strong alignment between private sector participation and national economic priorities,\u201d he said, adding that the move reinforces government\u2019s strategy of leveraging gold resources to shore up the economy.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" historic nature of the transaction, noting that it is unprecedented.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\"
