An EasyJet flight descended into “Wild West” chaos after being forced 650 miles off course.<\/p>\n

The airborne disorder could trigger a blanket ban on mayhem-making passengers after airline insiders said bosses would back any behavioural crackdown.<\/p>\n

Last week, Jet2<\/a> called for the creation of a national database for disruptive passengers after chaos broke out on a flight on one of their planes heading to Britain.<\/p>\n

But what triggered EasyJet’s desperate bid to clamp down on their clientele’s conduct was a drunk couple, who were both arrested on the plane from Gatwick heading to Turkey.<\/p>\n

The two passengers were not travelling together, but once they discovered they were both from Kent, they hit it off.<\/p>\n

The woman spent a portion of the flight downing vodka and spat at someone, which evolved into a brawl, passengers said.<\/p>\n

Meanwhile, the man said anyone who complained about their behaviour would be killed \u2013 and mentioned he had been in jail before.<\/p>\n

“It was terrifying behaviour,” a passenger told The Sun.<\/p>\n

Insiders admitted the latest incident could be the final straw for the airline’s top bosses<\/p>\n

“When they were asked to stop drinking, it all kicked off. Passengers were forced to intervene and a riot ensued.<\/p>\n

“Kids were screaming. It was a packed family jet but more like the Wild West.”<\/p>\n

The woman’s partner eventually moved away with one of their children, who was described as upset.<\/p>\n

Police boarded after the plane diverted to Kosovo, throwing the rest of the passengers’ journeys into disarray.<\/p>\n

There, officers boarded the aircraft and hauled the drunk man and woman off the chaotic flight. <\/p>\n

The plane eventually landed in the Turkish city three hours later than scheduled, allowing holidaymakers to disembark the Airbus.<\/p>\n

An EasyJet spokesman said: “We do not tolerate disruptive behaviour. The safety of customers and crew is always our highest priority.”<\/p>\n

Now, the British airline could join in with competitor Jet2 to ban known yobs from flying any and every UK carrier.<\/p>\n

After passengers described a distressing flight as the “ultimate flight from hell”, they revealed they were lobbying for the creation of a national database of the troublemakers. <\/p>\n

The incident – which was caught on camera – saw an allegedly drunken traveller threatening staff and fellow passengers in a furious tirade of abuse.<\/p>\n

He then proceeded to “smash” the cabin crew member’s “f****** face in”, before threatening to kill him, The Sun revealed.<\/p>\n

Jet2 deemed the chaotic scenes to be so serious that bosses have now called for a national database for airlines.<\/p>\n
