The hashgacha under Rabbi Mehlman of NKS (National Kosher Supervision) covers beverages and grab-and-go items. And these are not just chips and a bottle of water\u2014the grab-and-go selection includes full meals prepared fresh daily. Think poke bowls, salmon wraps, noodle bowls, and hearty salads. The made-to-order items customized on the spot are not under certification, but if you\u2019re grabbing something from their daily pre-made selection, you can eat a real kosher lunch here.<\/p>\n

The NKS supervision under Rabbi Mehlman gives it solid standing, and the Shomer Shabbat ownership adds meaningful context about how the place is run.<\/p>\n

Something Green is a Brooklyn-born concept focused on clean eating at accessible prices. The menu is built around freshly made bowls, wraps, salads, and smoothies, all prepared daily with non-GMO ingredients and no harmful oils. Popular items include a Poke The Bowl with spicy tuna and avocado over brown rice, a Salmon Teriyaki Noodle Bowl, a Kale Tempeh Salad, and an acai bowl. The vibe is fast, fresh, and health-forward\u2014a notch above the typical grab-and-go counter.<\/p>\n
