Tottenham Hotspur have already decided that one first-team star can leave the club this summer whether they are relegated or not, according to Sports Boom<\/a>.<\/p>\n

The north London club climbed out of the relegation zone this weekend thanks to a 2-1 win over Aston Villa, moving one point above West Ham with just three games remaining in the campaign, with Roberto De Zerbi racking up consecutive wins in his last two games.<\/p>\n

But while their Premier League future remains unclear and uncertain, the manager has already made the decision that at least one star in his current squad isn’t part of his plans beyond the summer.<\/p>\n

Tottenham Tell Dragusin He Can Leave<\/p>\n

According to a report, Radu Dragusin has been told that he has no future at Spurs and the club are open to offers for the Romania international.<\/p>\n

The centre-back, who is known for his blistering speed<\/a>, has recovered from a serious knee injury this season but is fourth-choice centre-back behind Cristian Romero, Micky Van de Ven, and Kevin Danso, with his only appearance under De Zerbi coming as an injury-time substitute in the 1-0 win over Wolves. <\/p>\n

It was reported recently that Dragusin’s agent was jetting to the UK for transfer talks this week<\/a> to discuss his future, and it now appears that he will be allowed to move on, with the club putting a \u00a317.2m asking price on his head ahead of the window opening.<\/p>\n

Clubs in Italy and Germany are understood to be keen on the 24-year-old, who wants to play regularly, and a move now looks to be a very real possibility ahead of a big summer of change under De Zerbi.<\/p>\n

Dragusin Sale Works for Everyone<\/p>\n

When Dragusin arrived at the club under Ange Postecoglou, he had the physical profile that suited the style of football, and seemed to be the ideal cover for Van de Ven and Romero. But since his knee injury he looks bereft of quality, and a move away seems to be the perfect solution.<\/p>\n

Tottenham are likely to strengthen their defence this summer, with Van de Ven and Romero linked with moves away, and it just means that Dragusin would be further away from a starting spot at the club.<\/p>\n

A transfer away would allow him to play regularly, while also allowing Tottenham to move on an unhappy player and get some cash in, which they could reinvest in players the manager actually wants.<\/p>\n
