<\/p>\n <\/a><\/p>\n Saudi Arabia has regularly been mentioned as a possible destination for the fight because of Turki Alalshikh\u2019s involvement in heavyweight boxing, but Groves believes the occasion belongs in Britain.<\/p>\n \u201cI\u2019d be disappointed if it was abroad,\u201d Groves said.<\/p>\n \u201cIt\u2019s lovely to box in Saudi Arabia, it\u2019s lovely to box in Vegas or New York or Dublin or wherever else they\u2019re talking about. But two Brits, they will look back and say: \u2018I\u2019m so happy I boxed at Wembley Stadium.\u2019\u201d<\/p>\n Groves fought Carl Froch in front of more than 80,000 fans at Wembley Stadium in 2014, one of the first major British stadium fights of the modern era.<\/p>\n Both Fury and Joshua have since headlined separate heavyweight title events at Wembley.<\/p>\n Joshua is expected to return in July against Kristian Prenga, while Fury has also discussed taking another fight before facing Joshua later this year.<\/p>\n \u201cPeople have really invested in this fight,\u201d Groves said. \u201cThey\u2019ve waited this long, they\u2019ll wait a little bit longer.\u201d<\/p>\n \u201cBut we do want to see them fight.
