Jennie<\/a> has been announced as the Saturday headline act of this year\u2019s Open\u2019er<\/a> festival.<\/p>\n

The annual event takes place from July 1-4 in Gdynia, Poland, and this year\u2019s lineup includes The Cure<\/a>, Calvin Harris<\/a>, Nick Cave & The Bad Seeds<\/a>, Florence + The Machine<\/a>, The xx<\/a>, David Byrne<\/a> and more. Visit here<\/a> for tickets.<\/p>\n

K-pop icon Jennie will headline the Orange Main Stage on July 4, and was announced alongside new additions Viagra Boys<\/a> (July 1, Alter Stage) and Luvcat<\/a> (July 4, Alter Stage).<\/p>\n

It\u2019s the latest in a busy schedule for the BLACKPINK<\/a> member, who is also in the lineup for July\u2019s Mad Cool Festival<\/a>, Lollapalooza<\/a>, and The Governor\u2019s Ball in June<\/a>.<\/p>\n

A press release for the festival read: \u201cJennie Kim is one of the most influential female artists of the era. Since debuting with BLACKPINK in 2016, the Korean singer, rapper, and fashion icon has amassed over 55million monthly listeners on Spotify and nearly 90million followers on Instagram. She continues to shape global trends and remains a dominant figure in pop culture.\u201d The release concludes: \u201cWanna rock like Jennie? You got it. Last year, Jennie released her debut solo album \u2018Ruby\u2019.
