\n The card is headlined by hometown hero Billam-Smith in a pair of cruiserweight battles, as he takes on Canadian Ryan Rozicki.\n<\/p>\n
\n The British co-feature will see Jack Massey and Cheavon Clarke meet in a 10-round clash.\n<\/p>\n
\n Cutler is 10-0 when fighting in Bournemouth, with an overall record of 15-2 with seven KOs.\n<\/p>\n

\n He won his English super welterweight title against Kingsley Egbunike at the BIC in 2023. He took an impressive decision victory over Stephen McKenna, before his eight-fight winning streak came to an end last April against Sam Eggington in a tight decision loss.\n<\/p>\n
\n The card at the BIC will be broadcast on Sky Sports, and fans can register now for tickets, with those who have registered interest early able to buy tickets today.\n<\/p>\n
