Till and Danis are similar in some ways in their approaches to combat sports. Both are divisive figures in MMA circles, and both are pursuing new ventures after falling short of their goals in the cage.<\/p>\n
But that\u2019s where the similarities end, as Till and Danis share a lot of animosity towards each other ahead of Misfits 22.<\/p>\n

Social media theatrics began when, in a recent post to X<\/a>, Danis gave a less-than-flattering review of Till\u2019s prep for fight night.<\/p>\n \u201cYou need to be training technique, etc.,\u201d Danis said. <\/p>\n \u201cYou\u2019re not doing a ski competition. This was your downfall in the UFC, jeez man.\u201d<\/p>\n Hours after Danis\u2019s taunts, Till went scorched Earth in a heated response.<\/p>\n \u201cYou wouldn\u2019t know a downfall in the UFC cos you couldn\u2019t make it there. #BellatorBum #SuicideWatchSinceLoganBeatYouUp [LAUGHS],\u201d Till replied.<\/p>\n After Till took a deep shot at Danis, including mocking him over recent comments about his loss to Logan Paul, Danis didn\u2019t hold back.<\/p>\n \u201cBecause unlike you, winning means everything to me,\u201d Danis said. \u201cYou don\u2019t care if you win or lose, you give up at the first of adversity, that\u2019s why you\u2019re a journeyman. We\u2019re cut from different cloth.\u201d<\/p>\n Till closed the back-and-forth by mocking one of Danis\u2019s several controversies outside of fighting.<\/p>\n \u201cUFC \u2013 the cloth I was in. Danis and Taylor got into it during a parking lot brawl after Danis confronted KSI at a Misfits media day appearance.<\/p>\n Danis returns to combat sports after losing to Paul by disqualification in their 2023 showdown. Before parting ways with Bellator, he went 2-0 in the promotion.<\/p>\n Till\u2019s upcoming opponent nearly accepted a fight against an undefeated boxing champion before accepting the offer to fight at Misfits 22.<\/p>\n Luke Rockhold turned down unbeaten boxing champ before taking Darren Till fight<\/p>\n According to Rockhold, he was offered a fight on the Jake Paul vs. Mike Tyson undercard last year against Viddal Riley<\/a>, one of KSI\u2019s closest allies. Riley is a British cruiserweight world champion after winning the belt on the Chris Eubank Jr. vs. Conor Benn undercard<\/a>.<\/p>\n Rockhold said he turned down the fight because he wasn\u2019t in good enough shape to accept the challenge for his pro boxing debut. The upcoming fight with Till will be Rockhold\u2019s first appearance in the ring.<\/p>\n
