Union Bears banner unfurled by Rangers fans at Celtic Park <\/p>\n
Rangers fans unfurled a huge Union Bears<\/a> banner at Celtic Park \u2013 despite the ultras away day derby ban.<\/p>\n The Ibrox side only accepted an allocation at the home of their fiercest rivals on the condition that the controversial supporters group weren’t handed any briefs.<\/p>\n However, their presence is certainly being felt inside the ground with a huge banner and scarves bearing their name and logo.<\/p>\n Celtic<\/a> took a hardline stance on the Union Bears following trouble at Ibrox when the sides met in the Scottish Cup <\/a>in March.<\/p>\n Rangers were unhappy at being told they can’t hand tickets to the ultras and took their fight to the SPFL – but league chiefs ruled in favour of the Hoops.<\/p>\n Celtic’s Auston Trusty warming up with Union Bears banner in the background<\/p>\n But some members appear to have got round the ban judging by the photos of from the away end at Celtic Park.<\/p>\n Strict rules, though, meant visiting fans weren’t allowed entry into the stadium wearing face masks<\/a>, with many wearing balaclavas to games.<\/p>\n You can follow all the action in our LIVE blog<\/a>.<\/p>\n Get more Daily Record exclusives by signing up for free to Google\u2019s preferred sources.
