As expected<\/a>, One Piece Day has mapped out the upcoming DLC support for 2020 title One Piece: Pirate Warriors 4<\/a> \u2013 although there\u2019s no word on the release\u2019s previously announced PS5 port.<\/p>\n

Character Pass 3 will add six playable characters to the release\u2019s already robust roster, with the content spread across two packs.<\/p>\n

DLC Pack #7 (Fall 2025)<\/p>\n

Those who purchase Character Pass 3 will also unlock the Kamusari technique for character Shanks across a couple of his different guises.<\/p>\n

As detailed above, the content will drop in two phases: DLC Pack #7 is due out later this year, while DLC Pack #8 will follow early next year.<\/p>\n

The pack will be available to purchase from tomorrow, 11th August, but there\u2019s no word on when the previously announced PS5 port<\/a> will release.<\/p>\n

If we had to guess, we\u2019d expect the next-gen version to set sail alongside the first DLC pack later this year, but we\u2019ll follow up with publisher Bandai Namco and see if it has any further information to share.<\/p>\n

Other big announcements at One Piece Day included confirmation<\/a> that spin-off light novel One Piece Heroines \u2013 which includes various short stories inspired by female characters from the franchise \u2013 will be getting an anime adaptation.<\/p>\n
