Others involved in the project include Nicholas Umney, who turned it into a minimalist modern home in line with the actor&#8217;s\u00a0tastes.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n  The property comes complete with a large treehouse, a huge gym, and a private beach which is said to be about 1,200ft long.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n  READ MORE: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dailyecho.co.uk\/news\/15497187.fifth-time-lucky-billionaire-wins-consent-for-luxury-home-after-marathon-planning-battle\/?ref=ed_direct\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">Ineos boss Jim Ratcliffe gains permission for luxury mansion near Beaulieu at the fifth attempt<\/a>\n<\/p>\n<p>\n  Other people living in the area include Dire Straits\u00a0frontman Mark Knopfler and billionaire businessman Sir Jim Ratcliffe, who both own beachside homes.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n  Sir Jim founded the chemical giant Ineos and is also co-owner of Manchester United.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n  <img   width=\"100%\" alt=\"Jason Statham\"\/>Hollywood action hero Jason Statham (Image: PA)\n<\/p>\n<p>\n  Statham&#8217;s new neighbours include Dire Straits co-founder John Illsley, and actor Kris Marshall, star of Death in Paradise and Beyond Paradise.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n  Rosie Huntington-Whiteley, who grew up in Devon, has spoken of wanting a bucolic country life after spending several years in Hollywood.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n  Reports say she and Statham are gradually loosening their ties with the US, having recently sold their \u00a315m Malibu beach house to spend more time at their other home, a \u00a37.5m townhouse in London.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n  Earlier this month, Rosie told Australian Vogue that she was\u00a0preparing to move to the New Forest.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n  She added: &#8220;I\u2019ve been dreaming of this since I left home. It will be mud and kids climbing trees. London at the weekends can feel very destination-driven.
