Emmerdale<\/a> spoilers follow for Thursday’s episode (14 May), which is available to watch now on streaming service ITVX and YouTube and hasn’t yet aired on ITV1.<\/p>\n

Emmerdale’s Cain Dingle isn’t one for taking it slow following his prostatectomy as he’ll be hellbent to exact his revenge against Robert Sugden for betraying Moira.<\/p>\n

After his surgery, a self-conscious Cain was feeling down because of the catheter bag he’d have to wear for a few weeks and purposely delayed his discharge. Thanks to the support of his granddaughter Sarah, he reconsidered and finally decided to try and walk, which allowed him to go home.<\/p>\n

Back in the village in scenes airing tonight, Cain is immediately confronted with Robert’s betrayal when he notices a tense atmosphere between him and Aaron Dingle. After the couple leaves, Cain quizzes Moira, who’s forced to admit that Robert was the one who planted the identity documents at Butlers, leading to Moira’s arrest. <\/p>\n

A furious Cain is determined to make Robert pay, but Moira insists he should let it go and focus on his recovery.<\/p>\n

Lying to Moira, Cain starts plotting a secret revenge against Robert with Sam’s help. <\/p>\n

“But you can’t tell Moira,” Cain makes Sam promise.<\/p>\n

“Why, is it something bad?” a confused Sam asks, to which Cain replies coldly: “Yeah, but it’s only what they deserve.”<\/p>\n

In spoilers<\/a> for this week’s episodes, an oblivious Robert is attacked as he’s working on the farm. <\/p>\n

“Cain is fuming,” Cain star Jeff Hordley said. “Even though he’s just out of hospital and not feeling one hundred percent, Cain finds the strength to grab a hammer, then takes Sam and sneaks off to see Robert\u2026”<\/p>\n

Robert is abducted by Sam and tied up to a chair. When he comes to, Robert sees Cain brandish a hammer, but just how far is Cain willing to go to teach him a lesson?<\/p>\n

Emmerdale airs on weeknights at 8pm on ITV1, and streams on ITVX<\/a>.
