\n Oskar Bialon died on May 10 when he fell off a phone mast known locally as “Newton Tower” on Black Dyke, Newton-In-The-Isle, near Wisbech.\n<\/p>\n
\n He was there with two friends, planning how they would celebrate his milestone 21st birthday the next day.\n<\/p>\n

\n Mr Bialon, from Leverington, climbed to the top of the tower and slipped from 150ft due to the wet conditions.\n<\/p>\n
\n Emergency services, including an air ambulance, went to the incident at 11pm and the Polish national was pronounced dead at the scene.\n<\/p>\n
\n It is believed he tower is a spot where many young people in the area say they have climbed.\n<\/p>\n

\n Loved ones are now paying tributes to remember Mr Bialon and “keep his memory living on”.\n<\/p>\n
\n His partner, Ruby Ashton, said: “We have been dating for a year and we had our whole life ahead of us.\n<\/p>\n
\n “All he did was make me laugh every day and make me feel like my life was so worth living.\n<\/p>\n

\n “He was most happy around his friends and family and he will always and forever be remembered with us.\n<\/p>\n
\n “I love you Oskar\/Bandz, forever in my heart, never forgotten.”\n<\/p>\n
\n Mr Bialon’s friends have also described him as a “good friend who always put a smile on their faces”.\n<\/p>\n

\n Leo and Bill said he was “always there for people when they needed him and he will forever be missed and in their hearts”.\n<\/p>\n
\n Another friend, JK, said from the years they spent growing up together, he had “the most potential to be something great”.\n<\/p>\n
