{"id":585400,"date":"2026-05-15T11:51:10","date_gmt":"2026-05-15T11:51:10","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/uk\/585400\/"},"modified":"2026-05-15T11:51:10","modified_gmt":"2026-05-15T11:51:10","slug":"minor-injuries-unit-to-return-to-ramsey-cottage-hospital","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/uk\/585400\/","title":{"rendered":"Minor injuries unit to return to Ramsey Cottage Hospital"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"ssrcss-1q0x1qg-Paragraph e1jhz7w10\">Treatment for minor ailments will be reinstated at the Isle of Man&#8217;s second hospital from Monday.<\/p>\n<p class=\"ssrcss-1q0x1qg-Paragraph e1jhz7w10\">Manx Care has confirmed the Minor Injury Unit will return to Ramsey Cottage Hospital alongside X-ray services after being moved to the island&#8217;s main hospital while the northern centre undergoes continued improvement works.<\/p>\n<p class=\"ssrcss-1q0x1qg-Paragraph e1jhz7w10\">Health Minister Claire Christian previously confirmed the services would return to the site in a temporary building on the site ahead of the 2026 TT races.<\/p>\n<p class=\"ssrcss-1q0x1qg-Paragraph e1jhz7w10\">The healthcare provider said it would be open from 08:00 BST to 20:00 \u2013 with the last admission at 19:30 \u2013 and will be open seven days a week during TT and other racing periods.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"Treatment for minor ailments will be reinstated at the Isle of Man&#8217;s second hospital from Monday.
